Where your data ends up.
After the switch, your operation runs on its own separate database, and not on a shared system split by a flag. It's hosted in the UK by default, with access controlled person by person. If you leave, your data is deleted unless we've agreed otherwise, and export options are available before that.

What do you need from us to get started?

Weeks, if you're moving off another system. How many depends on how many assets you have and what your current set-up looks like, and we scope it with you when we talk. Whatever the number, you give us your asset list and your customer list, we set up your own environment, and hires carry on while you go live. Yes. If you have no ERP or proper system yet, you can be live in days. That covers a new business, an operation still run on paper, spreadsheets and messaging apps, and a company adding a hire arm. If you're moving off another system, it's weeks.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data is deleted when you leave, unless we've agreed otherwise with you. We'll provide your data on request before that. The detail is on the Security page.
