Amend a quote, extend a hire, take an early or late return, and nobody starts from scratch. The dispatch timeline shows what's going out, what's due back and what's overdue, on one screen your team can read without decoding a spreadsheet.

Invoices that follow the hire.
Raise advance invoices before a hire starts, or run rolling monthly invoicing on long contracts. Extensions and overdue periods are billed automatically, so nothing slips through. Permissions are set person by person: you switch on exactly what each individual can see. Roles keep it tidy, so field staff, dispatch and finance each start from what their job needs. Financial information can be hidden from anyone who doesn't need it, and they can still use the system. Your team can sign in with single sign-on and two-factor authentication too.

Every asset carries a QR-code label. Scan it on site and its record is on your screen, with no searching. Technicians get the ActaStack app for iOS and Android. Is ActaStack fleet management software?
Yes, if by fleet you mean the assets your business owns and sends out. ActaStack manages that asset fleet: every asset's record, where it's booked, its service history and what it earns. It isn't a vehicle-tracking product, so it doesn't follow vehicles by GPS or manage drivers.
Can it manage different kinds of equipment in the same system?
Yes. Every asset gets its own record, with custom fields for the details that matter to that type of asset, so a generator, a telehandler and an ice bath unit can sit in the same register with different details. Booking, dispatch and service history work the same way for all of them. Anything with a serial number can go in.
Can I use it for equipment I don't charge for?
